Barry is a great realtor! He goes above and beyond for his clients. He made sure to get updates every week from our loan company. When we had a few hiccups with our loan company he stayed on top of them to make sure we would be able to still purchase our home! He is very personable and down to earth. Barry is an AMAZING realtor!!! He was recommended to us all the way from Washington state by my previous realtor because he is very knowledgeable. He made our house buying experience here in Illinois a wonderful experience. He was able to answer any questions we had and if he didn't know, he was able to utilize the resources around him to get an answer back to us quickly and efficiently. He always responded back to us when we called or texted and we never once felt like we were a bother to him. He was respectful to my family and I and I can't thank him enough for helping us find our beautiful home. I would also like to mention that his partner Renae is a wonderful person and she was an absolute joy to be around. Her input was valuable while we were looking at homes. Barry came in and helped us with buying a home and then was there for us the entire time as we sold our home. He’s knowledgeable, considerate, always reachable, and shoots it straight. He took care of everything for us along the way and tried his best to lessen any bit of stress. There were times when he really went the extra mile, especially with crazy inspections. Really appreciated his help and know-how. Great working with him and we would recommend him any time.

Barry did an excellent job of selling my 1.5 acre property. I believe it sold in less than two weeks. He kept me informed of every step that was required to complete the sale.
